Bird of light

“Élévation” is a narrative show that illustrates the encounter between the Church of Saint Roch and a Bird of Light. In contact with the animal, the church is transformed and finds itself endowed with new faculties, those of changing shape and color. At the end of this exchange, the common ascent of the monument and the Bird celebrates them as a new incarnation.

“Élévation” was created as part of the 2018 edition of Coeur de ville en lumières in Montpellier.
